Please note, this is not an application, but a survey to determine interest and the size of the group.

We are in the planning stages of our 2025-2026 Confirmation/First Communion Class.
The sacrament is expected to take place on Pentecost 2026.
Children must be between the ages of 8-15.
For children 16 and up, please contact the office about our OCIA program.
Classes are scheduled to start in September 2025, on Saturday afternoons.

Additional Information for Parents REQUIRED PAPERWORK - This is not an application, but a survey. Additional paperwork will be required, and applications will be provided during the mandatory meetings. 1. Original Baptismal Certificates cannot be accepted. Parents must request a current Baptismal Certificate with notations from the Baptismal Church, to be sent directly to Incarnation Catholic Church, 1515 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, FL 32804 by July 31, 2025. If child was baptized at Incarnation, please notify the Main Office.
2. Completed Confirmation/First Communion application must be submitted to the Main Office by July 31, 2025.
3. Sponsor Affidavit form may be submitted later in the program, but no later than March 1, 2026.
4. At Incarnation, we follow the Restored Order of the sacraments, where Confirmation and First Communion are received during the same Mass (for children seeking First Communion). MANDATORY MEETING * There will be a mandatory Parents Information Meeting and Safe Environment orientation. At least one parent is required to attend. Multiple dates are tentatively scheduled for June and July, exact times yet to be confirmed. Meetings are usually held on a Saturday. Please tell us if at least one parent is able to attend?
